Chapel Apartments

Purchase of disused Job Center in town center location
We designed and developed the property into 3 apartments and 2 commercial shops.
The design required the instillation of an additional floor to optimise the internal space.

Required close consultation with planning department to achieve the required scheme in a difficult location.

The building was an early 70’s pre-fabricated concrete structure which required extensive internal alterations complicated by restricted access.

Successful commercial development. Units and apartments all sold.
