Description
Approached by the Insures and owners of Blue Fish Restaurant, St Ives. Following a devastating fire only 3 weeks prior to the all important summer trading season.
The fire had destroyed the kitchen and caused smoke damage throughout the property. A full re-refurbishment was required urgently to enable them to open in time for the peak trading season.
As part of the refurbishment the installation of full commercial kitchen, bespoke extraction/ventilation system and full waterproofing of kitchen floor were all required.

The restaurant is located in a town centre location over a busy craft market, with no parking facilities and narrow access.
Asbestos was discovered during the refurbishment of the kitchen. This complication required specialist removal before renovation.
